Hi there, when I click the black-box drop down nav, it starts blinking and doesn't offer any selection choices. Screenshot attached.

Browser is Chrome 18.0.1025.151

   I was able to reproduce this when I roll the mouse over the menu before the page finish loading. I will work on a fix.
