signup in Chrome

I had a signup problem - no check box showed for terms or conditions.

Then I tried again later - and it worked to sign me up with Captcha and I didn't have to check any terms agreement box.

    This is a known issue for chrome. I've forwarded your bug to the dev team. We will update you as soon as this is fixed!

    There shouldn't be any checkbox, but sometimes we have trouble with
    reCaptcha. What operating system are you running?

    The problem was with https, I think it is sorted out now! Let us know if you keep on experiencing problems.
