Bug: Can't link challenge that's already linked to others..

If I'm seeing this right, I cannot link https://p2pu.org/es/groups/how-do-i-make-a-badge to my course (/diy-u) because it's already linked to another challenge (most likely /make-a-course) as an associated challenge. Is this true, and if so, can we remove that limitation so many courses can point to the same course as a next step?
