How to suggest a course

Hi,

I am interested in finding out how i can suggest a course on this site so that if anyone is out there who has knowledge on this and is willing to run a course then we can learn from that person

I am interested to learn how to play an indian musical instrument called Tabla. More information on this is available at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tabla

   Feel free to suggest your course there and see if there are any takers.

   Another option is to open a study group yourself as a form of peer learning. If you find others interested it would be easier for you all to accomplish your goals.
